What kind of miniatures do you make?
EOE Orbis manufacture thousands of superbly detailed metal miniatures, all in 28mm.
From Fantasy to Historical ranges, we have everything you'll need whether you're a gamer, collector or painter looking for that special figure to complete your gallery.
Many of our figures come from former lines such as Harlequin and Black Tree Design.
Do the miniatures come painted?
No. All miniatures are supplied unpainted.

How are the miniatures packaged?
The miniatures are supplied in appropriately sized resealable plastic baggies with the appropriate pieces included. Your order receipt will be included with the occasional few bonus bits to show our appreciation.
Depending on order size, your order may arrive in a padded envelope or a box with additional padding.
Do the miniatures come with shields, bases, weapons and standards or do I need to order them?
All figures are supplied with shields and bases when needed.
Certain weapons, like spears, will need to be purchased separately.
Some of our minis are shown on scratch built diorama bases and with additional décor, such as stands and flags, these are will not be included.
What are your miniatures made from?
We use a 95% pewter mix that is lead free to make our miniatures.
How do I order?
To order, browse our extensive collection and press ‘Add to Cart’ when you find the minis you’d like. When finished, click ‘View Cart’ to review your selection and then ‘Checkout’ when you’re satisfied. Fill out your current details and for faster checkout in the future tick the box ‘Save My Info’ for a smoother purchase next time – we do not retain your payment details, this will need to be reentered when next purchasing. When finished hit ‘Continue’ and confirm your purchase, and there we go! You’ll receive a confirmation and receipt of your purchase to your email shortly after and we’ll start working on your package.

A copy of your receipt will be sent to the provided email and can be viewed in full by pressing ‘Print Receipt’.
Please note we’re based out of the US so your statement may appear in USD.
Exchange rates may vary slightly by a few cents. Please note some card providers may assess a conversion fee, please defer to your provider for any inquiries regarding this matter.
Customers with multiple charge backs may be barred from future purchasing going forward.
How much is Shipping & Handling?
Shipping and handling will vary by buyer location. As we’re based out of the US, costs will vary by location.
We are trying to keep shipping as cheap as we can while keeping up with current rates, these will change throughout the year as postal carriers adjust their costs.
We offer free shipping for larger orders. In the US and Canada orders over $200, in the UK orders over £250, and all other international orders over $400.
Do I have to pay customs?
This depends on where you are purchasing from and is to the discretion of customs and your country. All orders are presently shipping from the US, where we are based as a business, so customs may apply to your order if you are buying outside of the US.
International buyers upon purchasing are liable for any customs that may be applied. We will not refund you any fees in this regards, and we cannot legally label your order in a way to attempt to avoid these charges.
How long will it take to get my order?
Due to current set backs we’re working on fulfilling both new and delayed orders. Every mini is made in house and due to current supply demands and raw material supplies, there could be delays up to 60 days. Shipping with tracking is being provided as soon as orders are being addressed and can be expected to be shipped promptly.

What about Back Orders?
Back orders are currently taking priority alongside new orders. Reoccurring customers may receive their back order with any newly placed orders.
Rest assured all orders are being taken into account and addressed, though we are currently behind due to recent complications addressed in the most recent news letter. We humbly request customers with back orders to not cancel or submit a charge back as this has caused complications to our system preventing us from immediately making and shipping orders. We understand any frustrations and ask customers to contact us with any concerns or inquiries and thank you for working with us during this time and your patience.
What is your policy on Returns and Refunds?
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from EOE Orbis. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please send us an email at:
We will work to find a solution that’ll make you happy, from return to refund depending on circumstance.
Cancellations must be within seven business days of initial purchase.
Any returns will need to be unaltered for a refund to be issued.
