And with answers. It’s been a rocky few months so we wanted to update all our customers at once regarding our silence.



First, our sincerest apologies for any missed emails or delayed orders.



John had open heart surgery last month and while he is strong and in recovery, he still has a long road to recovery.



We’re currently working overtime to get all orders out of the door, some of you may have already received confirmation about tracking, we ask all our customers be patient with us during this time and keep an eye out for fulfillment confirmations as we are making sure to update with tracking numbers.
